• Installation of new storm water drainage consisting of 1000 lm of 300mm, 225mm,150mm and 100mm twinwall pipes
• Installation of new inspection chambers
• Installation of 5000 lm of 80mm land drains, linking to the new road drainage network
• Installation of an oil interceptor
• installation of a new precast concrete headwall into the existing pond
